Stephanie has worked in many facets of the printing world from books and color separations to commercial print. She brings to the table over 20 years of expertise in all aspects of printing to help you produce a quality project in a cost effective and efficient manner. Stephanie has a B.A. from the University of Vermont and an M.A. from New York University.
Andy Guttentag
Chief Operating Officer
Andy has worked in the printing industry in New York City for over four decades. After managing his family printing business (In Cold Type and Anscot Associates) for more than 20 years, he served as COO for Astoria Graphics. With Step Visual, Andy’s specialty is helping clients conceptualize their own ideas and turn them into the best product the market can offer. Andy has a B.A. in Business Administration from Hofstra University.
Mark Strickler
Chief Knowledge Officer
Mark’s connection to the printing industry runs deep, rooted in a family business founded more than 60 years ago by his parents, Morris and Esther Strickler, as a small lithography shop. Growing up immersed in craftsmanship and precision, he helped guide the company’s evolution from traditional offset printing into a state-of-the-art digital operation—establishing pre-press departments in the 1970s, leading the shift to digital printing in 2000, and making the pivotal move in 2004 to focus exclusively on digital. Today, operating out of Hackensack, NJ, Mark continues to invest in advanced technology and innovative capabilities that expand what’s possible for clients, while blending the discipline of offset with the versatility of digital. Alongside his son Justin, who joined the company in 2013, Mark carries forward a shared commitment to efficiency, quality, and forward-thinking service—where tradition and innovation meet.
Justin Strickler
Chief Technology Officer
Justin Strickler is a third-generation printer with over a decade of professional experience, carrying forward a family legacy built on quality, reliability, and innovation. Raised in the business, he has played a key role in advancing the company’s digital capabilities and streamlining production, specializing in digital printing, bindery, and in-house mailing to ensure precision from start to finish. Guided by respect for tradition and a passion for progress, Justin continues to evolve the business for a new generation by blending time-honored craftsmanship with modern technology.
